Noel Hutchinson
Executive Director
Noel serves AO in North America. He and his wife, Marnie, have lived in Thailand, Cambodia and Hong Kong. They have worked with AO in various capacities since 1990. Noel and Marnie have two grown children, Holt and Hartley. Noel's passion is to see transformation in communities across Asia.
Marnie Hutchinson
Foundation
Marnie is Noel's wife. She is passionate about women and children at risk. She has been working alongside our AO team in Cambodia helping at risk kids find the opportunity for an education and future. Marnie also assists with foundation research and donor management.
Hartley Duncan
Marketing & Communications
Hartley was born in Chiang Mai, Thailand to global worker parents. She has experience working for public libraries and other NGOs. She has a passion for storytelling, especially through the written word. She enjoys creating videos and graphic design. She is married and her first baby is on the way!
