Meet Narra | Winter Kits Project

Dear Friends,

Last winter, 12-year-old Narra faced Mongolia's -40°C temperatures wearing only sneakers.

Living with his elderly grandparents in rural Mongolia, he spends much of the school year away from home so he can attend school. Without proper winter clothing, getting there wasn't just difficult—it was dangerous.

Thanks to a Winter Kit, Narra now has the warm clothing he needs to stay in school throughout the harsh winter. But his story doesn't end there.

Through his local church, Narra attended a discipleship course, put his trust in Jesus, and is now part of a caring church community.

This is the impact of a Winter Kit.

For $100 CAD, you can provide a child with warm essentials that help them stay in school while experiencing the practical love of Christ.

This year, Asian Outreach North America is raising funds for 200 Winter Kits. Thanks to one of our partner churches, 25 kits are already funded. Together with our global partners, we're praying for 1,000 children to receive a Winter Kit before the snow flies.
